We also explored prognostic biomarkers and clinical factors to inform treatment strategies.

1 Introduction Prostate cancer (PCa) is the second most common solid tumor in men worldwide and the fifth leading cause of cancer-related death. Its incidence and mortality rates vary by region (1). In 2020, there were more than 1.4 million new cases and more than 375,000 deaths globally. Prostate cancer can be classified into androgen-sensitive and androgen-insensitive types, which influence treatment options.
