Impact of iridocorneal angle on aqueous humor flow after implantable collamer lens placement by numerical simulation analysis
Abstract Implantable collamer lens (ICLs) surgery is increasingly used for myopia correction, yet postoperative narrowing of the iridocorneal angle (IA) has been associated with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP). Prior computational studies treated IA geometry and trabecular meshwork (TM) microstructure independently, leaving unresolved how IA narrowing alters TM pore structure and outflow resistance.
