1. Introduction The increasing demand for electricity driven by economic development has necessitated the continuous expansion of power systems. Concurrently, the integration of high proportions of renewable energy [1,2] and the deep coupling of power grids with other systems, such as energy, transportation, and communication networks, have significantly increased the complexity of power system operation and control. These factors have escalated the risks and challenges faced by power systems [3].
