1 Introduction Chemodynamic therapy (CDT) is an emerging therapeutic strategy that exploits transition metal ions (such as Fe2+, Cu+, Mn2+) to catalyze intratumoral Fenton chemistry (e.g., Fe2+ + H2O2 → Fe3+ + •OH + OH−). By generating cytotoxic hydroxyl radicals (•OH) from endogenous reactants, CDT offers a promising approach for tumor-selective treatment [1-3].
