A 65-year-old male without abnormal medical history was transferred to our clinic for progressive exertional dyspnea over half a year. On admission, physical examination revealed a continuous murmur at the upper left parasternal area. Further multimodality imaging reveled the diagnosis of aneurysm of Vieussens’ arterial ring (VAR, Figure 1A) - pulmonary trunk fistula1,2. Coronary computed tomography angiography identified a coronary artery originated aneurysm (Figure 1B; Video 1).
