1 Introduction Globally, gynecological malignancies pose a severe threat to women’s health, accounting for 15%–20% of female cancer cases (1). In 2022, approximately 1.48 million new cases and 670,000 deaths were reported worldwide, with China alone recording 290,000 new diagnoses and 100,000 deaths—a trend marked by increasing incidence among younger populations (2).
