Abstract Intraoperative hemorrhage is a critical safety challenge in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) and other minimally invasive surgeries, yet it remains underexplored in surgical artificial intelligence (AI) research due to limited high-quality annotated data. We introduce LC-HemSeg, a multi-source, multi-scene dataset comprising 30 annotated LC cases with 21,396 manually verified frames and pixel-wise hemorrhage annotations.
