1. Introduction The fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) can be regarded as a generalization of the Fourier transform (FT). It can not only transform a function from time domain to frequency domain but also to the intermediate domain of any angle. The advantage of doing so is that we can more flexibly choose the angle that is most suitable for observing and analyzing the function.
