1 Introduction In recent years, antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) has emerged as a highly promising and extensively researched material in the field of photovoltaic technology. Its remarkable resistance to water and oxygen, environmental benignity, incredibly high absorption coefficient (in excess of 105 cm−1), and high abundance in the earth's crust collectively render it a prime candidate in this technological field [1, 2].
