All available bulk RNA-seq data and corresponding clinical information for osteosarcoma patients in the TARGET-OS cohort (https://gdc.cancer.gov/content/target-os-publications-summary) were retrieved from the UCSC Xena portal (https://xenabrowser.net/). After excluding samples lacking survival data, 85 patients remained for analysis. Clinical characteristics of this cohort are summarized in Supplementary Table S1.
