Abstract Understanding therapy resistance requires deconvolving heterogeneous cell populations and tracking clonal trajectories. While CRISPR-based cellular barcoding is powerful for lineage tracing, many platforms suffer from low efficiency and limited compatibility with single-cell transcriptomics.
