Fabrication of a water-soluble near-infrared fluorescent probe for selective detection and imaging of dipeptidyl peptidase IV in biological system
Fabrication of a water-soluble near-infrared fluorescent probe for selective detection and imaging of dipeptidyl peptidase IV in biological system Abstract Dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV) is known as a transmembrane glycoprotein to regulate T cell activation, which is related to various pathological processes and has become a potential target to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. Therefore, it is significant for the evaluation of endogenous DPP-IV activity in various biological system.
A non-peptide NIR fluorescent probe for detection of chymotrypsin and its imaging application
A non-peptide NIR fluorescent probe for detection of chymotrypsin and its imaging application In this work, a turn-on near-infrared fluorescent probe hemicyanine derivative (CyB) for highly selective and sensitive detection of chymotrypsin was developed. The probe is fabricated by incorporating a recognition group of 4-bromobutyryl into the hemicyanine skeleton.
