SERS based error calibration of TMB-H2O2 colorimetric system jianhui wan, Qixin Liu, Ping Tang, Yinuo Ji, Wanqing Zhong, Wen dai Cheng, Xinyue Xing, Xiaoxu Lu and Liyun Zhong Abstract 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB)-H2O2 has been widely used as a effective colorimetric system, in which the color reaction is implemented with the peroxidases-catalyzed TMB oxidation by H2O2 usually measured UV-vis absorption spectrum or Raman spectrum. However, its low accuracy greatly limits the application.
