Mechanism of action: Binds to the p19 subunit of interleukin-23 (IL-23) and inhibits IL-23 from interacting with the IL-23 receptor and subsequent signaling. Indications: Plaque psoriasis (PsO), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), Crohn's disease (CD). Japan only indications: Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) and erythrodermic psoriasis (EP), and palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP).
