Abstract Large-area high-quality dielectrics are essential for the integration of two-dimensional (2D) transistors. However, this integration remains challenging, especially for conventional dielectrics that require deposition processes. Adopting van der Waals (vdW) dielectrics is attractive. Molybdenum trioxide (α-MoO3) has been demonstrated as a vdW dielectric in 2D field-effect transistors (FETs), but previous demonstrations showed limited performance and small size.

Quecretin@UiO-66 NPs and Chloroquine in Combined Tumor Therapy by Dual Autophagy-Ubiquitination System Blockade In the study, a noveltherapy system composed of UiO-66 nanoparticles containing quercetin combined with chloroquine to achieve dual autophagy-ubiquitination blockade. Quercetin is known as a proteasome inhibitor, and through UiO-66 NPs drug loading, the solubility of quercetin under physiological conditions was improved to increase its effective concentration at the tumor site.
