Abstract Sustainable farming methods are needed due to the rising demand for fresh products brought on by the world’s population growth. The light and water temperature factors affect the growth of selected leafy greens, and the Internet of Things-enabled smart system helps monitor these conditions.

2. Literature Review The increasing adoption of Internet of Things technologies has transformed safety and monitoring systems, enabling real-time data gathering, processing, and communication. Traditional hazard detection systems often require extensive infrastructure, entail high costs, and consume significant amounts of energy. These limitations make conventional approaches impractical for resource-constrained environments, particularly in remote or industrial settings.
