Abstract Objective Cervical cancer screening is as important in female-to-male transgender (FTMT) as it is in cisgender female populations. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the clinical information regarding gender identity and testosterone therapy for the cytology interpretation. Methods A list of FTMT individuals, as well as cisgender females, who had cervical Pap test for cancer screening, was obtained. The cytology diagnoses, rendered at the time of collection, were recorded.
