1 INTRODUCTION Cerebral stroke (STR) is an acute cerebrovascular disease, of which ischemic STR accounts for 87% of all STR (Vijayan & Reddy, 2016). Ischemic STR tends to occur in middle-aged and elderly people, most of whom are over 40 years old. However, with the change of modern lifestyle, the age of ischemic STR is getting earlier and earlier, and many young people have suffered from ischemic STR (Singhal et al., 2013).
