Methods In total, 1213 patient compliment letters were collected from a newly established general hospital in Gwangmyeong, South Korea (opened on 22 March 2022), through the hospital’s feedback system during its initial operational phase from 25 March 2022 to 28 June 2024. The ‘Voice of the Customer’ feedback system is accessible through the hospital’s official website and offers both online and on-site submission methods for patient feedback, including compliments and problems.
