Results To characterize the inflammatory signatures of human CRS, we isolated peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients with refractory/relapsed B cell lymphoma or multiple myeloma undergoing CAR T therapy (Figure S1A). Samples were collected at pre-infusion and post-infusion stage, as indicated by fever and elevated serum IL-6 levels (Figures 1A and S1B).

Abstract Bone metastatic relapse is a lethal consequence of breast cancer, occurring years after initial diagnosis. By analyzing single-cell transcriptomes of bone-seeding tumor cells and in vivo barcoded cDNA library screening, LTβ (lymphotoxin-β) is identified as a key factor highly expressed in early-stage bone metastatic cells, associated with poor bone metastasis-free survival, and capable of promoting dormancy reactivation in multiple breast cancer models.
