The relationship between meat consumption and frailty among community-residing older adults in Nanjing municipality, China
Abstract Background: Frailty is a common complaint in older adults. Although the world is experiencing a rapid process of aging, the relationship between meat consumption and frailty was not well-documented. This study aimed to examine the association of meat consumption with frailty among older adults in China. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, participants were randomly chosen from community-dwelling residents aged 60 years or above in Nanjing municipality, China, in 2023.
Perceived neighborhood built environment and its associations with sociodemographic characteristics among older adults in regional China
Abstract Background: Neighborhood built environment (BE) is associated with physical activity (PA) and health-related conditions among local residents, particularly older adults. As an easily operational instrument, the Physical Activity Neighborhood Environment Scale (PANES) has been widely used to measure BE attributes related to PA globally. However, evidence remains limited on how older adults with different sociodemographic characteristics perceive local BE attributes in China.
Adjunctive role of p16/Ki-67 dual-stain cytology in colposcopy referral pathways for cervical precancer and persistent high-risk HPV infection
Abstract Background: This study aimed to evaluate the adjunctive triage performance of p16/Ki-67 dual staining (DS) cytology for cervical lesions in a colposcopy-referred cohort, to analyze its correlation with lesion severity, and to explore its predictive value for persistent high-risk human papillomavirus (HR-HPV) infection. Methods: A total of 109 patients undergoing colposcopic cervical biopsy (recruited via standard HPV+TCT referral criteria) were included.
Author Correction: Parvimonas micra promotes oral squamous cell carcinoma metastasis through TmpC-CKAP4 axis - Nature Communications

Development of the first tractable genetic system for Parvimonas micra, a ubiquitous pathobiont in human dysbiotic disease.
Parvimonas micra promotes oral squamous cell carcinoma metastasis through TmpC-CKAP4 axis - Nature Communications
Abstract Parvimonas micra (P. micra), an opportunistic oral pathogen associated with multiple cancers, has limited research on its role in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). This study shows that P. micra is enriched in OSCC tissues and positively correlated with tumor metastasis and stages. P. micra infection promotes OSCC metastasis by inducing hypoxia/HIF-1α, glycolysis, and autophagy. Mechanistically, P.
Green ILC: A Novel Energy-Efficient Iterative Learning Control Approach
1. Introduction In the field of modern control engineering, with the rapid development of industrial automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing, control systems are facing increasingly complex challenges [1]. These systems not only need to achieve high precision and performance in complicated operational environments, but they must also possess strong adaptability and robustness to handle constantly changing external conditions and various uncertainties.
