Peripheral blood biomarkers such as CD8+ T cell clonality, circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), and eosinophil levels provide valuable predictive insights for ICI therapy efficacy in melanoma. Advanced techniques like single-cell RNA sequencing and surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) enhance the detection of treatment responses and tumor heterogeneity.
