Abstract Hand rehabilitation robots play a crucial role in contemporary stroke recovery therapy by assisting patients in regaining control over motor impairments, particularly in hand movements. The existing approaches have limitations in patient-specific and real-time support based on individual movement.

1 Introduction 4H-SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFETs) are widely used in high-efficiency power conversion systems. They offer high breakdown voltage and low conduction loss, which make them suitable for high-power electronic applications [1, 2]. At high switching speeds, parasitic capacitances have a strong impact on device performance [3, 4]. The input capacitance Ciss consists of the gate-to-drain capacitance Cgd and the gate-to-source capacitance Cgs.

Abstract Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) is an important respiratory pathogen. Growth inhibition and regulation of inflammation in lung are key to the treatment of MP infections. Bortezomib, a proteinase inhibitor, was found to possess both functions in this study. Firstly, bortezomib showed dose-dependent bacteriostatic activity against MP in culture medium. Decreases in glucose catabolism (changes of pH) and colony-forming units (CFUs) were detected at 3 d post-incubation (bortezomib>10 nM).
