Yun Ju Chae

A total of 1,069 HCC patients treated with surgical resection were enrolled. Figure 1 presents a flow chart detailing the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Among them, 683 patients comprised the derivation cohort for model development, and 386 patients were assigned to the validation cohort. In the derivation cohort, the mean patient age was 59.8 years, and 85.7% of patients were male.
