Development and validation of a novel preoperative clinical model for predicting lymph node metastasis in perihilar cholangiocarcinoma - BMC Cancer
One hundred and sixty pCCA patients (ninety-six in the training cohort and sixty-four in the validation cohort) were included in our present research. Of the 160 patients, 77 (48.1%) patients had LNM (50 (50/96, 52.1%) in the training cohort and 27 (27/64, 42.2%) in the validation cohort) on pathologic examination after surgical resection. The median time of follow-up was 24 (range: 3-150) months, 112 patients died, and 48 patients survived up to the current follow-up time point.

Lumbar puncture is an invasive procedure, causing psychological changes and physical discomfort in patients. In a previous study, it was proved that distraction intervention, such as music therapy, relieves pain and anxiety.
