Also featuring me! Sitting in the back of the room. Watching who you talk to, typing everything you say. Looking like I’m whispering to myself. “Is he supposed to be here?” you mutter to the person sitting next to you. https://t.co/N9RlaRjnEE

Who's your favorite fictional journalist?

Easy. Clark Kent is far and away the best fictional journalist. Superman is way ahead of his time when it comes to community engagement.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To teach. To be honest. To work hard. To help a stranger change a flat tire. To tell tales. To communicate. To listen. To take and to give.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

Equal portions ballpoint pens and yellow legal pads. Diet Coke and Excedrin help, too. My smartphone, laptop and WiFi hotspot keep me mobile.
