The current systematic review and meta-analysis showed the association between DNA methylation of LINE1, ABCG1, PHOSPHO1, SREBF1, LPL, ADRB3 genes and cardiometabolic risk factors, including HDL, LDL, blood glucose, blood pressure, and HbA1C. DNA methylation and levels of HDL and LDL Our findings did not show any significant association between DNA methylation of LINE1, ABCG1, SREBF1, PHOSPHO1 and ADRB3 genes and HDL levels.
