1 Introduction Heart failure with mildly reduced ejection fraction (HFmrEF; LVEF 41%–49%) constitutes a growing clinical challenge, representing approximately 10%–20% of HF patients and associated with poor prognosis, including frequent progression to HFrEF or death within a few years (Zhang, Zhao, et al. 2023).

The global asset management industry manages approximately $87 trillion in assets, yet most portfolio managers still rely on decades-old optimization techniques that fail to incorporate modern data sources.
