1. Introduction Currently, the Internet of Vehicles (IoV) has been an indispensable part of using smart vehicles and protecting traffic safety. To continuously transmit and share information, vehicles communicate with each other, with roadside units (RSUs), and with personal mobile devices through wireless technology on the IoV. A wide variety in data transmission systems bring intelligence to modern transportation and convenience to our daily life [1].
