Gli2-serpinh1 drives fibroblast state transition during skin wound healing
Abstract Dermal fibroblasts exhibit spatiotemporal heterogeneity, transitioning from coordinating immune signaling and depositing a provisional extracellular matrix during the early inflammatory phase to driving directional migration and mature matrix synthesis in the proliferative phase of wound healing. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying these fibroblast state transitions remain unclear.

Abstract Importance Medical reporting guidelines are significant in improving the transparency, quality, and integrity of medical research, particularly in randomized clinical trials; adherence to these guidelines supports research interpretability and has direct implications for downstream applications, such as patient treatment. However, with over 600 distinct reporting guidelines, manual assessments are often time-consuming and labor-intensive.
Study on the time-resolved detection performance of β-Ga2O3-based SBUV photodetectors: surface chemical analysis and the impacts of non-VO factors
Study on the time-resolved detection performance of β-Ga2O3-based SBUV photodetectors: surface chemical analysis and the impacts of non-VO factors† The time-resolved detection performance of β-gallium oxide (β-Ga2O3)-based solar-blind ultraviolet (SBUV) photodetectors (PDs) are garnering extensive research attention.

Bio-Mol:Pretraining Multimodality Bioactivity Profile for Enhancing Small Molecule Property Prediction
Abstract Non-optimized pharmacokinetic parameters serve as the primary cause of failure in clinical trials of drugs. Therefore, the successful prediction of pharmacokinetic parameters during the pre-clinical stage is crucial for the success of drug candidates. Conventional methods primarily rely on 2D structural information, while advanced models extend the features to other structural-related information or use advanced computational models to improve prediction accuracy.

Vaccines | Free Full-Text | Exploration into the Influencing Factors for the Intention of the Public to Vaccinate against Infectious Diseases Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior-Example of the COVID-19 Vaccine
4. Discussion This study was conducted in April 2021 when the mass vaccination with the COVID-19 vaccine began for the masses. Additionally, the influencing factors for the intention of the public to obtain future vaccinations were analyzed through the TPB. The TPB theorizes that people’s intention to behave in a certain way can directly influence the occurrence of the behavior, and behavioral intention is usually based on three factors: ATT, SNs, and PBC.
Optimization of High-Temperature Electrolysis System for Hydrogen Production Considering High-Temperature Degradation
Abstract : Solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOECs) have great application prospects because of their excellent performance, but the long-term applications of the stacks are restricted by the structural degradation under the high-temperature conditions. Therefore, an SOEC degradation model is developed and embedded in a process model of the high-temperature steam electrolysis (HTSE) system to investigate the influence of the stack degradation at the system level.
