Assessment of pneumonitis in patients with lung cancer undergoing radioimmunotherapy and immune checkpoint inhibitor rechallenge
Abstract The combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) with radiotherapy (RT) has improved survival in patients with advanced lung cancer, yet treatment-related pneumonitis (TRP) is highly toxic. Current limitations include the absence of robust risk stratification models for TRP and unclear safety criteria for ICI rechallenge, hindering the management of recurrent TRP (rTRP). In this multicenter retrospective study, we analyzed 262 lung cancer patients receiving radioimmunotherapy.
Adverse impact of capital regulatory reform and policy remedy: theory and evidence
Abstract This paper studies the impact of capital regulatory reform on firm behavior. We develop a portfolio-choice model to investigate how capital regulatory reforms influence the risk-taking behavior of financial institutions with different capital adequacy levels. The model predicts that as regulation becomes more stringent, either all firms reduce their risk-taking, or there exists a capital-adequacy threshold below which risk-taking increases.

Deciphering the High Overpotential of Oxygen Reduction Reaction via Comprehensively Elucidating the Open Circuit Potential
Deciphering the High Overpotential of Oxygen Reduction Reaction via Comprehensively Elucidating the Open Circuit Potential The onset potential of oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) maintains an activation overpotential exceeding ~0.20 V, even with the most efficient catalysts. Despite decades of devotion, the origin of such high overpotential has been a long-standing topic of controversy.
Explosive Leidenfrost-Droplet-Mediated Synthesis of Monodispersed High-Entropy-Alloy Nanoparticles for Electrocatalysis
High-entropy-alloy nanoparticles (HEA NPs) exhibit promising potential in various catalytic applications, yet a robust synthesis strategy has been elusive. Here, we introduce a straightforward and universal method, involving the microexplosion of Leidenfrost droplets housing carbon black and metal salt precursors, to fabricate PtRhPdIrRu HEA NPs with a size of ∼2.3 nm.

Blockchain-Based Multidimensional Trust Management in Edge Computing
In the era of 5Ga and with the rapid development of IoT technology, the number of terminal devices has sharply increased, and the types have also become diversified, reflecting the characteristics of great dispersion [1]. The application of cloud computing technology to the IoT inevitably leads to service delays and potential concentration risk.
Grain Quality Characterization before and after Processing
1. Introduction Grains are an important part of a healthy diet, and provide most of the daily calories and nutrients. According to the USDA Dietary Guidelines 2020–2025, a healthy adult should eat an average of six one-ounce portions of grain a day, half of which should be whole grain. The main grains grown worldwide are wheat, maize, and rice, as well as rye, barley, buckwheat, oats, etc.
