1. Introduction There are 100 million hectares of saline and alkaline land in China, mainly distributed in the northwest, northeast, and coastal areas [,,]. The development and utilization of saline soils is gradually being emphasized in the context of the global food crisis. Saline soils are degraded soils that seriously affect the average growth of crops. Developing and utilizing saline and alkaline land is significant to increasing the area of arable land and improving crop yields in China.
