Data-driven multi-criteria evaluation of intelligent cockpit configuration strategies in Chinese battery electric vehicles
Abstract Introduction: In this study, we examine how documented cockpit equipment differentiates selected Chinese-brand battery electric vehicles (BEVs). We compare configuration richness with and without a price criterion and identify recurring equipment arrangements, rather than using specifications as a proxy for tested cockpit performance. Methods: The dataset comprises 36 purposively selected model–trim combinations from 13 brands.
Sex-divergent trends in cardiorespiratory endurance after the COVID-19 pandemic: a 21-year interrupted time series analysis of Chinese university students
Abstract Introduction: Studies of COVID-19 and physical fitness in Chinese university students rarely extend beyond 2022, and none has formally tested whether post-pandemic trends differ by sex. Methods: Using 21 years of routinely collected fitness data (2005–2025), we examined indicator-specific change and sex differences in population-level trends in a repeated cross-sectional design.
Chiral quantum transport with perfect circulation: From Floquet engineering to anyonic dynamics
Perfect chiral circulation, the sequential transfer of a quantum state around a closed loop with unit fidelity, has been achieved in specific few-site systems, yet the universal physical conditions underlying this phenomenon remain unclear. We prove that discrete translational invariance and an equidistant energy spectrum together constitute the necessary and sufficient conditions for perfect chiral circulation.

Conformational Gating of Many-Body Kondo Resonance in a Topologically Confined Radical Macrocycle
The on-demand, reversible manipulation of many-body spin states in single-molecule junctions is a central challenge in molecular electronics. Here, we report the on-surface synthesis and localized gating of a highly symmetric, covalent macrocyclic hexamer composed of stable Blatter radicals on Au(111). Benefiting from the topological confinement of the rigid macrocyclic framework, the individual radical units exhibit exceptional structural and electronic stability.

CBD-YOLO: a lightweight small-object detection algorithm for bud-stage Hangzhou white chrysanthemum in complex field environments
Abstract Hangzhou white chrysanthemum is widely cultivated, and its bud stage has the highest commercial value. However, the optimal harvesting window is short, while manual harvesting is constrained by labor shortages and high labor costs. Accurate detection of bud-stage chrysanthemums is therefore essential for automated selective harvesting.

To address the limitations of HOE-based head-up display (HUD) techniques, such as a small eyebox, and limited color and depth imaging capabilities, a two-primary-color, multi-depth HUD system featuring dual-viewpoint eyeboxes was designed and demonstrated.
AI awareness and employee boundary-spanning behavior: a nonlinear mechanism
Abstract Drawing on conservation of resources theory, this study develops a nonlinear model of the association between AI awareness (AIA) and employee boundary-spanning behavior (BSB). It examines the mediating role of AI job crafting (AIC) and the joint moderating roles of AI help-seeking behavior (AIHSB) and leader AI job crafting (LAIC).
Sensitivity of the iFalcon TM V700 rebound tonometer to measurement distance, angle and position in ex-vivo rabbit eyes
Rebound tonometers are widely used for intraocular pressure (IOP) monitoring in animal experiments. However, previous studies and clinical experience have demonstrated that their measurements are susceptible to operator-dependent factors, such as variations in measuring distance, probe angle, and corneal impact position, all of which may contribute to reading variability.

Rapid identification of microplastic particles in water using geometric polarization characterization and quantum neural networks
The widespread pollution of water environments by microplastics (MPs) is a critical global issue. The identification of MPs remains challenging, primarily due to their limited texture and color information. To address this issue, this Letter proposes a learning-based approach that incorporates what we believe to be a novel geometric polarization characterization of MPs with quantum neural networks (QNNs). Our method comprises three stages.
