Abstract Introduction: In a complex orchard environment, canopy apples are obscured by various factors, making it hard for apple harvesting robots to accurately determine which apples can be directly harvested. Furthermore, the complex obstruction leads to difficulties in identifying keypoints on the apples and caculating the axis direction, directly affecting the robot’s determination of grasping positions.

Abstract Immunotherapy has revolutionized cancer treatment, yet its efficacy is limited to a specific patient subset. This underscores the critical clinical demand for accessible assays capable of assessing immunotherapy outcomes and enabling timely adjustments to personalized medical care. Here, we present a multiplexed assay based on dual-target responsive DNA hydrogels for the simultaneous detection of soluble programmed death-ligand 1 and lactate dehydrogenase in lung cancer patients.

Abstract Brainstem gliomas (BSG) is a highly malignant central nervous system childhood tumors with 5-year survival rate <10%. Metabolism during radiotherapy is a dynamic and precisely programmed process, improving clinical outcomes and guiding therapy decisions of BSG. Here we construct diagnostic and prognostic assays of BSG via circulating metabolites based on both cross-sectional study and longitudinal cohort study with 106 BSG patients.
