Popular Summary Optimal wind power production relies on the appropriate design of wind farms in response to air flow patterns created by the local terrain. An important terrain with relevance for wind farms is the long corridor, but a corridor's influence on the atmospheric boundary layer turbulence structure is not yet well understood.
