1 Introduction There are a variety of sophisticated and complex tactile receptors in human skin enabling us to perceive different force signals with different intensities in different space and time domains, which is the foundation for human hands to achieve dexterous operation and external-friendly interactions [1-7]. Realizing the ability of intelligent tactile perception like human hands for robotics will extensively enhance their performances, functions and intelligence [8-19].

Abstract Background Biliary tract cancer (BTC) is a digestive tract tumor with low incidence, high malignancy, and short survival times. Abnormal lipid metabolism may be related to the occurrence and development of tumors; therefore, we constructed a survival prediction model for patients with BTC using clinical data that included lipid indicators rarely considered in previous studies. Patients and Methods Clinical and pathological data were collected from 124 patients with BTC.

Methods Cell culture and medium Human TNBC cell lines, MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-436, HCC1806, HCC1937, BT-549, HS-578T and human Burkitt’s lymphoma cell line Daudi were purchased from Procell (Wuhan, China). MDA-MB-231, MDA-MB-468, MDA-MB-436, and HS-578T were cultured in Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM, Gibco) supplemented with 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS, Transgen, Beijing, China), 2 mM GlutaMAX (Gibco) and 100 U/mL penicillin and 100 µg/mL streptomycin (Gibco).
