1 Introduction Organization is a spectacular behavior exhibited by tropical atmospheric convection, which under certain conditions can cluster and confine within an envelope (Houze, 2004). These clustered systems are key drivers of heat, moisture, and momentum in the atmosphere (Moncrieff, 1992). The mesoscale convective system (MCS), a rainy area ( ≈ ${\approx} $ 100 km diameter) comprising a family of 15–20 km deep clouds, is a typical example of organized convection.

1. Introduction Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) is an avian pathogen that is known to occur frequently in chickens and cause chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) [1,2,3]. It has resulted in significant economic losses within the poultry breeding industry. Researchers reported that it is a highly infectious pathogen capable of causing persistent infection within the host and has the potential for horizontal and vertical transmission [4].

4. Materials and Methods 4.1.
