A late-season cold snap damaged cherry crops across the region, with some farms losing part of their crop and others losing all of it. According to experts, the damage varies widely from farm to farm, depending on elevation, wind speed and wind direction. More tornadoes confirmed from Thursday's storms

The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has confirmed a total of 6 tornadoes so far from Thursday's severe weather. The strongest tornado started in Porter county before moving into LaPorte county. The tornado has been given an EF-3 rating. Multiple tornadoes occurred in Marshall county. These tornadoes happened around Plymouth, Bourbon, and Argos. The Plymouth and Argos tornadoes have been rated an EF-1, while the tornado outside of Bourbon was rated an EF-0.

Elkhart County Quilt and Fiber Experience underway
