A woman walking with her two young children in Jolly Park was attacked Sunday morning in what is believed to be an attempted robbery. The victim spoke out on social media in a since-deleted post, detailing the frightening interaction. She claimed the suspect attempted to rob her and grabbed the stroller where her two children were seated. The victim stated she was then assaulted, which caused a deep cut on her face, as shared in the post.

The owner of an Upstate women’s and children’s online clothing boutique has been arrested in Cherokee County, marking her 11th arrest. Pamela Brooke Schronce, 30, is currently being held in the Cherokee County Detention Center on one count of obtaining property under false pretense less than $2,000. According to online jail records, Schronce has not yet been given a bond. Schronce is the owner of the Thomas & Turner Boutique, based in Belton, South Carolina.
