4. Discussion In this study we performed an in-depth transcriptomic analysis of CHO mAb producing clones from an industrial cell line development program. We focused on lncRNAs as they are a promising target for bioprocess optimization and only a few studies on smaller scales exist so far (Motheramgari et al., 2020; Vito et al., 2019; Vito and Smales, 2018).
