Biological therapy, particularly with tumour necrosis factor (TNF)‐α inhibitors, has revolutionized the treatment of moderate‐to‐severe chronic plaque psoriasis. However, it does not fully meet patients’ needs. Some patients fail to respond or lose response over time1, 2 and treatment strategies for these patients are unclear.
