A home in far northwest Oklahoma City caught fire, leading to a large firefighter response on Thursday afternoon. At about 12:20 p.m., the Oklahoma City Fire Department was called to a fire on Markwell Drive, which is near Hefner and Council roads. Fire crews extinguished the flames quickly, but the fire left a massive hole in the roof of the home. It wasn't immediately clear what caused the fire or if anyone was home when it started. Sky 5 flew over the scene.

THIS HAPPENED AT AN APARTMENT COMPLEX NEAR EAST DANFORTH AND NORTH BOULEVARD LATE LAST NIGHT. POLICE TELL US THAT THE VICTIM MET UP WITH THE SUSPECTS TO BUY SOMETHING IN THE PARKING LOT, AND IT ENDED WITH SHOTS FIRED.
