Imprime PGG (Imprime), a b glucan PAMP is currently in clinical development in combination with tumor-targeting antibodies, anti-angiogenic antibodies and immune checkpoint inhibitors. Randomized Phase 2 clinical trials of Imprime in the 1st-line treatment of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer have shown promising efficacy in terms of both objective tumor response and survival.
