Genomic and Phenotypic Bases of Salt Tolerance in Sinorhizobium meliloti: Candidate Traits for Bioinoculant Development Addressing Saline Soils
1 Introduction Degradation of soil quality due to desiccation and salinity is a major constraint on agricultural productivity in arid and semi-arid regions (Singh 2021). Evaporation induced by high temperature, low precipitation and irrigation with salt-rich water due to scarce availability of fresh water are among the main drivers that increase salinity in agricultural soils (Tomaz et al. 2020).
Optimization of Poly(L-Amino Acids)-Based Platforms for Sensing and Biosensing: A Cyclic Voltammetry Study
Submitted: 10 November 2025 You are already at the latest version Poly(amino acids) and gold nanoparticles are stable and biocompatible materials with distinguishing features which can be used to build nanocomposite electrochemical platforms for sensing applications. This communication presents the optimization of the building steps of these nanocomposite platforms using cyclic voltammetry.
