Marathon Burger restaurant is located in Downtown Long Beach on Pine Square on April 29. The burger place is founded by Samiel Asghedom the brother of late rapper Nipsey Hussle. Charlotte LoCicero | Long Beach Current Located in downtown Long Beach is the newly opened Marathon Burger. The name, “Marathon,” pays homage to late rapper and activist Nipsey Hussle who passed away in 2019. One of his most famous mixtapes was titled, “The Marathon,” which was released in 2010.
