Gardaí have seized cash, vehicles, and high-end goods worth more than €235,000 in a massive operation targeting an organised crime group in Limerick City. In a coordinated series of 17 searches yesterday, Tuesday, April 15, officers raided multiple locations across the city’s southside. The operation is part of a long-running investigation into a violent feud that has rocked the area in recent months, marked by pipe bombings, arson attacks, shootings and drug-related activity.

Munster Rugby have today announced that loosehead prop Micheal Milne and hooker Lee Barron have joined the province until the end of the season. The Leinster players will make the temporary move ahead of their permanent move to Munster this summer.
