I was an assistant editor for Speedhorse magazine.

Being honest and transparent while telling a compelling story.

Why did you become a journalist?

I love to tell stories.

I did not.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

Lately, a story on Ramel Bradley's passion to feed people.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Stick with it, tell good stories and be willing to write out of your comfort zone...learn all the stuff!

Anything about bourbon and history gets me going.

climate change, anything about climate change.
