Former HR manager accuses Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center of fraud

MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Ashley Ingram's attorney says that less than a month after she began working at Madison Health and Rehabilitation Center, she was asked to commit fraud. Attorney Justin Peterson says Ingram was told to falsify staffing reports, which would have misrepresented the number of registered nurses on staff. He also says she refused to approve timecards she believed had been falsified.

(LEX 18) — An Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda has been causing fear around the world, and a Lexington doctor is preparing in the event a case is found in Kentucky. According to the CDC, there have been 49 deaths and over 300 confirmed cases across the two countries, with more suspected cases still being investigated.

Harrodsburg community rallies around Chloe Driskell after life-threatening crash

MERCER COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Harrodsburg community came together Monday night to pray for 20-year-old Chloe Driskell, who has been in critical condition at UK Hospital after a life-threatening crash over the weekend. The prayer vigil was held at Anderson Dean Park, where basketball courts were filled with pink and yellow — Chloe's favorite colors. Her parents joined the gathering via FaceTime from her hospital bedside. Chloe's uncle, Scottie Boswell, said the road ahead remains difficult.
