ABSTRACT This study seeks to comprehend the role of employee voice as a mediator amid its antecedents and job satisfaction within the Indian banking sector. Data was compiled from 445 personnel from top four banking institutions About 31% of bank branches selected had formal worker voice via structured, policy-backed feedback and grievance mechanisms. Using structural equation modelling and Smart PLS, the model was verified for full and partial mediation of employee voice.

Digital entrepreneurship and emancipation: exploring the nexus in a conflict zone

Abstract Purpose This paper aims to examine the emergence of digital entrepreneurship in a conflict environment to explore the emancipatory potential of digital technology in a rare context. The purpose of this paper is to take a micro-level investigation of digital entrepreneurs operating in a violent in-conflict area. Design/methodology/approach The analysis is based on multiple case studies from a violent conflict zone in India.
