Al Vigier’s Biography
Al Vigier is the CEO of Caseway, an AI company that co-creates products with large enterprises and shares the revenue with them. He spent seven years in the Canadian Army, where he was shot.
One of Canada's most published defence writers, Al has written more than 150 op-eds for Canadian and international outlets, including the Australian Strategic Policy Institute's The Strategist, Vanguard Defence, BetaKit, Daily Hive, and Vancouver Is Awesome. His writing covers defence procurement, sovereign technology, AI, and Canadian industrial policy.
Before Caseway, Al founded Clearway, a large lawyer-review platform operating in Canada and the UK. He served a decade on the board of the Last Post Fund. He lives in North Vancouver, BC.
